Groundwater Sustainability Plan

Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) – A plan developed by a GSA to achieve sustainability pursuant to the SGMA.

The San Joaquin River Exchange Contractors GSA (SJREC GSA) is working with 10 neighboring GSA’s to develop a joint GSP.  The main body of the GSP will be developed for the SJREC GSA with a discrete chapter for each partner GSA in the plan.

The GSP is currently under development.

The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) has developed some useful tools to aid in GSP development.  See below for some links to the DWR tools.
